Abhyanga

Dhara (Taila, Ksheer & Takra)

Kayasaka (Pizhichil)

Udwarthana
A typical dry massage using herbal powders with a specific technique that stimulates the hair follicles and helps to break down excess subcutaneous fat.

Swedana (Sarvanga, Choorna, Shastic Shali & Patra)
Following a full body massage with Doshas specific oils, therapeutic sweating is induced by the medicated steam or by the application of warmed herbal poultices. It increases circulation, induces sweat glands and speeds up the detoxification.

Tanlepana
Following a medicated herbal oil massage a full body mask made from herbal root powders soaked in pure Himalayan spring water is applied to the whole body or part of the body and assists in adjusting to seasonal changes.

Mukhlepana
This traditional facial uses unique techniques and herbal ingredients to cleanse, tone, exfoliate and hydrate. A specialized Doshas specific herbal paste is applied to the face to bring out the beauty within.

Nasya
This traditional therapy involves the massage to the upper body from the shoulders up to induce a sweat followed by a dose of medicated oil is poured in the nostrils. This treatment is beneficial for cleansing of sinuses, frequent headaches, migraine, chronic colds and chest congestion
